On November 26, 2021, the enterprise hosted a reporting trade union conference of the primary trade union organization of Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant OJSC of the Belarusian Trade Union of Transport and Communications Workers. The conference was attended by delegates from the labor collective and guests: Acting General Director Kuzmenko I.V. and Chairman of the united branch trade union organization of aviation workers Sheremet A.N. With reports "Report on the work of the trade union committee of OJSC" Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant "of the Belarusian Trade Union of Transport and Communications Workers for the period from 11/29/2019 to 11/26/2021" and “On the implementation of the decisions of the III and IV Plenums of the Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus, the Belarusian Trade Union of Transport and Communications Workers,” the chairman of the trade union committee G.I. Denisov. The report on the work of the audit commission of the trade union organization of the plant was presented by I.N. Zherebtsova. The trade union conference also resolved a number of organizational issues.
