On February 12, 2024, Igor Moroz, Chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee, met with the staff of JSC Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant. At the meeting, topical issues were raised that were overdue for factory workers, which mainly concerned the landscaping and life support of Bolbasovo.

Igor Sharai, the chief specialist of the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs, informed the plant's employees about the specifics of the upcoming election campaign, which will be held in this format for the first time on February 25, 2024.

The impression of communication with the chairman was positive. The head of the district assured the factory workers that all their questions and wishes will be taken into account and resolved in the near future.
