On December 8, an open dialogue took place between the administration and the plant's young people under the age of 31 on the topical issues of interest. The Acting Deputy General Director for Ideology and Social Issues Igor Litovchik told that Youth Project “100 Ideas for Belarus” is held in the country and that it is possible to take part in it.

The project has existed for 10 years already and is picking up stream. This is a wonderful opportunity to realize your creative plans, ideas and thoughts and bring them to life. After all, every business begins with an event, an idea, or even a chance.

The General Director Pavel Sluchak was present at the meeting with young workers and touched on the issues of career advancement, social and household issues and young staff retention, and innovative on-the-job training in the professions demanded by the plant. Chairman of the Shop-Floor Union Organization Galina Denisova told about social benefits, rights and guarantees for young specialists who are union members, and single-time financial aid.

The plant has created all the conditions for the facilitation of spiritual, cultural and physical development of young workers. The details of these issues were presented by the Instruction Coordinator for Recreation and Mass Sport Natalya Kovaleva who shared the plans for 2023 with the young specialists, and the Chairman of the Youth Council, Belarusian Republican Youth Union Shop-Floor Organization Secretary Lidiya Makarantseva.

At the end of the meeting, the first-aid station leader Julia Yankovskaya-Piatkova reminded all the guests about the relevance of vaccination and revaccination against coronavirus infection and influenza, and told about vaccination protocols.
