09/27/2019 On the basis of JSC “Orshansky Aircraft Repair Plant” a retreat was held for the ideological asset of the Orshansky district. The seminar was attended by 45 people.

The participants of the seminar took part in a study tour in the village of Bolbasovo, visited the hostel and hotel of Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant OJSC, where they got acquainted with the living conditions of family and single workers of the plant, as well as with the living conditions in a hotel equipped in accordance with modern requirements. Then, the seminar participants moved to the Assembly Hall of the city-forming enterprise Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant OJSC, where the seminar was opened by Viktor Kolochev, Deputy Chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee, and made presentations:

- “Ideological work at the enterprise” - Vasily Chirkunov, deputy general director of Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant OJSC for ideological work and social issues;

-Organization of work with youth at the enterprise ”- Sergey Sidin, deputy general director of RUETP“ Orshansky Flax Mill ”for ideological work and social issues;

- “Ideological support of the election campaign as a component of ideological work at the enterprise” - Oksana Milto, legal adviser to the Orshavodokanal branch of UE Vitebskoblvodokanal.

A lively exchange of views took place between the participants in the seminar on the issues discussed.
