On the territory of the State Educational Institution School No. 22 (r.s. Bolbasovo) named after S.I. Gritsevets a target vocational training fair has been held. The event was attended by representatives of the “Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant” OJSC, Head of the Human Resources Department Anatoly Birulya and Leading Training Manager Nina Chaikova. The plant’s representatives made a speech before high school students with provision of detailed information on targeted training. Students were offered a wide range of educational institutions that teach professions that are in demand at the enterprise.

“Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant” OJSC is moving onward, expanding, updating, introducing multifunctional complexes, new technologies, and the demand for new professions is growing. The guys listened to the plant’s Head of the Human Resources Department Anatoly Birulya with a great interest. Perhaps it is this meeting that will influence the choice of profession in the future and will become a start in life for students!
