As part of the celebration of the "National Unity Day", a dialogue platform was held in Orsha with the participation of Viktor Stepanovich Kolochev, Deputy Chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee, Inna Yuryevna Krachek, deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Sergey Anatolyevich Karak, Chairman of the Orsha district branch of the Vitebsk Regional Party "Belaya Rus", Rector of the Vitebsk State University named after Pyotr Mironovich Masherov - Chairman of the regional Belarusian party "Belaya Rus" Valentina Vasilyevna Bogatyreva.

During the event, Igor Ivanovich Litovchik, Deputy General Director for Ideological Work and Social and Household Issues, and Sergey Markozovich Bitkasha, master of the control section of the Technical Control Department, were solemnly handed membership cards to the employees of the Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant, who had re-joined the ranks of the Belaya Rus party.
