On June 28, 2021, a conference of the primary trade union organization of Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant OJSC of the Belarusian Trade Union of Transport and Communications Workers was held in the Assembly Hall of the enterprise, which considered the following issues:

1. On the results of the implementation of the Collective Agreement for 2020 and the 1st half of 2021.

2. On the adoption of the Collective Agreement for 2021-2024.

3. On signing the Collective Agreement for 2021-2024.

Presentations were made by: General Director Sluchak Pavel Aleksandrovich, chairman of the trade union committee Denisova Galina Ivanovna, chairman of the commission for maintaining the collective agreement Barkovich Pyotr Ivanovich. The conference was held in a businesslike and constructive atmosphere. On all the issues under consideration, decisions were made almost unanimously.
